Abstract

The background of this research is that fine motor skills in children aged 3-4 years at KB Aisyiyah Qurrota A'yun Randudongkal are still not optimal, so to improve fine motor skills the researchers collaborated with other class teachers as collaborators to conduct classroom action research through printing activities with natural materials.
The aim of the research is to find out and describe printing activities with natural materials in improving fine motor skills in children aged 3-4 years at KB Aisyiyah Qurrota A'yun Randudongkal, Pemalang Regency.
Classroom action research (PTK) uses 2 (two) cycles, each cycle consisting of 2 (two) meetings with stages: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research subjects were 15 children aged 3-4 years at KB Aisyiyah Qurrota A'yun Randudongkal. Teachers as observers and other teachers as collaborators. Data was obtained by documentation and observation, while data analysis used descriptive percentage analysis.
The results of the research concluded; 1) printing activities using natural material can increase children's activity in improving fine motor skills, hand and eye coordination, this is supported by the final score of cycle II of 14 or 91.44%, including the criteria for very good development, while the success indicator is 72% for the results individual score and 82% for the classical score, then a mathematical equation can be made: 72% <91.44%> 82% so that action hypotension: "through two printing actions with natural materials can improve children's fine motor skills at the age of 3-4 year at KB Aisyiyah Qurrota A'yun Randudongkal Pemalang Regency 2023/2024" was declared accepted. 2) There was an increase in teacher performance in the actions taken by 6.94%, this was an increase from the first cycle actions of 83.12% with the criteria developing as expected to 90.06% with the criteria developing very well. Meanwhile, if you look at the children's activity, an increase of 11.11% was obtained from the under developed criteria of 80.33% to 91.44% with the very well developed criteria.
