Abstract

Good organizational culture and leadership style as well as competence and work
discipline possessed by teachers will create job satisfaction in the work
environment which will improve teacher performance. This study aims to analyze
and find empirical evidence that organizational culture, leadership style, teacher
competence, work discipline have a positive and significant effect on teacher
performance and job satisfaction can strengthen the relationship between
organizational culture, leadership style, teacher competence, work discipline and
teacher performance. The object of the research is SMA and SMK in Belik subdistrict,
Pemalang district with a total responden of 100 teachers. The sampling
technique used the census method where the entire population was sampled. Data
collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis using Structural
Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of the SmartPLS application.
The results of the research proposed where organizational culture, leadership
style, teacher competence, work discipline have a positive and significant effect on
teacher performance.
