The purpose of this research was to determine the effects of leadership
style, work environment, motivation, competence, and incentives on performance
(an empirical study on a convection company in Purwokerto). The research
sample were employees at convection company in Purwokerto, with a total of 115
employees using a saturation sampling technique (census) and data obtained
directly from respondents using questionnaires. Descriptive tests, data instrument
tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple regression analysis were used to
analyze the data. The results of this research revealed that the variables of
leadership style, work environment, motivation, competence, and incentives have
a simultaneous effect on performance. Partial analysis test results showed that
leadership style has no effect on performance, work environment has no effect on
performance, motivation has a significant positive effect on performance,
competence has a significant positive effect on performance, and incentives
have a significant positive effect on performance.
