This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, service quality and
ease of use on purchasing decisions on the Shopee Marketplace. This research was
quantitative method, sampling used a purposive sampling method and a total
sample of 120 respondents. The data analysis technique uses the Statistical
Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), the data analysis using the Coefficient of
Determination Test (Adjusted R2). The results of the analysis show that product
quality, service quality and ease of use together have a significant effect on
purchasing decisions. Partially quality product, service quality, and ease of use has
a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the determination
test (R2) show that the effect of product quality, service quality and ease of use on
purchasing decisions is 51.9% and the remaining 48.1% is influenced by other
variables not examined.
