Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of perceptions of organizational
support and work engagement on employee performance through organizational
commitment as an intervening variable at PT Royal Korindah Purbalingga. This
research is quantitative research using a survey approach method. The
population in this study were employees of PT Royal Korindah Purbalingga with
a working period of at least one year. Researchers used a quota sampling
technique of 100 respondents, this was obtained through slovin calculations. The
instrument used in data collection is a questionnaire with a 5 point Likert scale
measurement and the type of data in this research is primary data. The data that
has been obtained is processed using PLS-SEM analysis with PLS (Partial Least
Square) software. The results of this study indicate that perceptions of
organizational support, work engagement and organizational commitment have a
positive and significant influence on employee performance, perceptions of
organizational support and work engagement have a positive and significant
influence on organizational commitment, and organizational commitment is able
to mediate the relationship between perceptions of organizational support and
work engagement with employee performance.
