This research aims to test the effect of profitability, leverage and Company size
on Company Value. Profitability is measured by Return on Assets Ratio
(ROA),leverage measured with Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), and company size
measured with natural logarithm total assets, while company value is measured
using PBV. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample in this study
was obtained using the methodpurposive sampling. Based on methodpurposive
sampling 29 companies were obtainedproperty sectorandreal estate major items
listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2019 – 2022, resulting in 116 data
being obtained. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of this study show that profitability has a positive effect on company
value andleverage has a negative effect on company value and company size has a
positive effect on company value.
