The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Servant
Leadership, Burnout, Monitoring, and Work Environment on the Performance
of Village Officials in the Cipunagara Sub-District, Subang Regency. This
research is of a quantitative descriptive type. The population in this study is the
Performance of Village Officials in the Cipunagara Sub- District, Subang
Regency, totaling 105 individuals. The sampling technique used is Census with
a saturated sample. The total sample is 105 respondents. Data analysis is
performed using SPSS version 20, which includes validity test, reliability test,
classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of
determination test, F-test, and t-test. The analysis results indicate that partially,
Servant Leadership, Burnout, Monitoring, and Work Environment have an
effect on the Performance of Village Officials in the Cipunagara Sub- District,
Subang Regency. Servant Leadership has a significant positive effect on
Employee Performance. Burnout has a negative and non-significant effect on
Employee Performance. Monitoring has a significant negative effect on
Employee Performance. The Work Environment has a significant negative
effect on Employee Performance.
