This research aims to examine the effect of profitability, liquidity, capital structure and dividend policy on company value with good corporate governance as a moderating variable (Study of Manufacturing Companies on the IDX for the 2017-2021 Period). The sample for this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The data used is secondary data and uses a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method in this study uses moderated regression analysis (MRA). The research results show that the variables profitability, capital structure and dividend policy have a significant positive effect on company value. Meanwhile, the liquidity variable has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value. The results of the moderation test show that good corporate governance is able to moderate the relationship between liquidity, capital structure on company value, but good corporate governance does not moderate the variables of profitability and dividend policy on company value
