The aim of this qualitative descriptive study is to explore the character education depicted in Onet Adithia Rizlan's film "Sang Prawira." Verbal data within the film that reveals character education is analyzed, adopting a moral approach. The data consists of quoted dialogues reflecting character education in "Sang Prawira".
The research results reveal the presence of character education in the film "Sang Prawira" by Onet Adithia Rizlan as follows: Religious character education includes acts of worship and prayer. Honest character education involves truthfulness in speech. Discipline character education encompasses time management, adherence to ceremonies, and participation in lessons. Hard work character education emphasizes diligence in assisting parents. Curiosity character education involves studying police materials for selection. Nationalistic character education encompasses enthusiasm for participating in ceremonies. Achievement appreciation character education includes Horas and Yohanes becoming accomplished young officers. Friendship/communicative character education involves Nauli consistently listening to Horas's stories and always providing advice. Reading enthusiast character education includes characters like Horas, Lambok, and Asido diligently reading materials related to policing. Social responsibility character education includes Lambok assisting Horas, Babinsa escorting Horas, Bapa Uda inviting Horas and Lambok to eat together, Horas helping an accident victim, and Nauli buying new shoes for Horas. Responsibility character education involves Horas consistently taking responsibility for his parents and siblings.
