This research aims to describe the types of directive illocutionary speech acts in Indonesian language learning in tenth Grade of SMA Negeri 1 Wangon. This research employed qualitative descriptive research. The data in this study consisted of speech from teachers and students, which was then transcribed in written form. The data sources in this research were teachers and ten-grade students involved in Indonesian language learning at SMA Negeri 1 Wangon. Data collection in this research employed the observation method with advanced techniques such as the Observation Nonparticipatory Method, Recording and Noting Techniques. The research utilized descriptive analysis techniques with four stages: identification, classification, interpretation, and reporting. The presentation of data analysis results in this research used an informal method. Based on the data analysis, the results of this research reveal 200 types of directive illocutionary speech acts including 12 requests, 133 questions, 16 commands, 23 prohibitions, 11 permissions, and 5 advices.
