This research aims to determine the influence of servant leadership, work
motivation and work discipline on performance. The population of this research is
employees of the Banyumas district health service. This research uses a quantitative
approach, using a sample of 150 employees. The sampling technique uses a
saturated sampling technique. The instrument used in data collection was a
questionnaire with a 5 point Likert scale measurement. The data analysis technique
uses multiple linear regression with SPSS analysis tools. The research results show
that in particular servant leadership on employee performance does not have a
positive influence on employee performance, meanwhile the variables of work
motivation and work discipline have a significant positive influence on employee
performance. Based on this research, to improve employee performance, it is
necessary to increase servant leadership.
