Abstract

Travel is closely related to the booking process where consumers will order a ticket before departure to the destination city. The manual travel booking system via telephone intermediary or coming to the agent directly is a weakness of the manual travel booking system. Technological advances can be in the form of application media or mobile media and give rise to positive energy because they provide new and more sophisticated variations so that they can improve the quality of companies in developing service offerings to consumers, thereby giving rise to competition between one company and another, in this case which operates in the travel services sector. This travel booking application is a form of offering convenience for consumers of travel transportation services who no longer need to ask and record the departure schedule for the trip. In processing this data, assisted by using a computer, ticket booking activities become more efficient and effective, meaning they are more timely so that one of the goals of the travel agent is achieved optimally.
