Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-efficacy,
transformational leadership styles, and job characteristics on employee
performance. This type of research is quantitative research. This study took
subjects at Dadi Keluarga Purwokerto General Hospital. The sample for this
study were head of room employees, primary nurses, associate nurses, midwives,
team heads and anesthesiologists, totaling 143 respondents. Sampling method in
this research is Sample Random Sampling. The data analysis technique used is
multiple linear regression using the SPSS 25 program. The results of the data
analysis show that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee
performance. Transformational leadership style has no positive and significant
effect on employee performance. Job characteristics have a positive and
significant effect on employee performance.
