Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Transformational
Leadership, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction on Employee
Performance at PT Bamas Satria Perkasa. This type of research is descriptive
quantitative. The population in this study is employees of PT Bamas Satria
Perkasa which amounts to 462 people. Non-Probability Sampling sampling
technique using the slovin formula of 10% significance level. The sample size
was 102 respondents. Data analysis using SPSS version 20 program analyzed
with validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear
regression analysis test, determination coefficient test, F-test, t-test.
