Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, work ethic, organizational culture, and work environment on employee performance at PT. Wahana Kasih Mulia Kedungreja Cilacap. The population in this study was all employees of PT. Wahana Kasih Mulia Kedungreja Cilacap. The sampling in this study was 122 employees using saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis method used is to use multiple linear regression analysis. Statistical tests and data processing were carried out using the Statistical Package For Social Sciences (SPSS) version 26 method. The results of this study based on the t-test stated that: 1) Transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) Work ethic has no effect on employee performance, 3) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 4) Work environment has no effect on employee performance.
