Abstract

Processing of sap is a commodity that is produced quite a lot in Indonesia, especially the basic ingredient in the manufacture of sweeteners derived from coconut trees, namely coconut sap. Nira is the liquid that is released from the coconut tree and has a sweet taste. in this study aims to make it easier for farmers to print and process the production of brown sugar. The brown sugar production machine control system using a microcontroller is a useful tool to make it easier to heat brown sugar and print brown sugar using a microcontroller control system. When the first infrared detects a mold spot, the conveyor dynamo will rotate so that it passes the second infrared sensor, at this second infrared the conveyor will stop for a moment then the solenoid valve will open so that the coconut sap that has been stirred will flow into the brown sugar mold. The control of the solenoid and stirrer dynamo uses 12v and 5v relays. This is done to reduce the risk of noise generated by the 220v mains voltage.
