Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, leadership style, and
organizational culture on the performance of employees of Sambel Layah Corporation
Purwokerto. This research is a quantitative research with a survey approach. The sample in
this study was 134 respondents using the Accidental Sampling technique. This research
instrument uses a questionnaire sheet with classical assumption test, model fit test, data
analysis test, and hypotension test. The results of this study found that compensation had no
positive and significant effect on performance, leadership style variables had a positive and
significant effect on performance, and organizational culture had a positive and significant
effect on performance. In addition, the results of this study simultaneously show that
compensation, leadership style, and organizational culture have a simultaneous effect on
employee performance at the Sambel Layah Corporation Purwokerto.
