This study aims to develop an Android-based Kemuhammadiyahan learning
application to enhance students' mastery at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sirampog. The
data collection method used was the distribution of questionnaires to students to
obtain their responses regarding the use of this application. Furthermore, the collected
data were analyzed descriptively to identify supporting and inhibiting factors in the
use of this Android-based Kemuhammadiyahan learning application.
The research findings indicate that the development of the Android-based
Kemuhammadiyahan learning application has a positive impact on students' mastery
at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sirampog. Students responded positively to the use of this
application in supporting the learning of Kemuhammadiyahan materials. The
identified supporting factors include ease of access and use, practicality in carrying
materials, and the benefits of studying Kemuhammadiyahan through the features
provided in the application. The average scores of students' mastery increased from
before using the application (mean pretest = 65.2) to after using the application (mean
posttest = 82.5), with a significant difference based on the t-test (p < 0.05). The
alignment of students' responses towards the Android application for learning
indicates "good" and "very good" ratings, indicating its usefulness in presenting and
managing Kemuhammadiyahan materials.
This research provides a significant contribution to the development of
Android-based Kemuhammadiyahan learning applications as an effective tool to
enhance students' mastery. The research findings can serve as a reference for the
development and implementation of similar applications in the context of
Kemuhammadiyahan education in other schools. It is hoped that this research will
bring significant benefits to Kemuhammadiyahan learning and the utilization of
technology in education.
