This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure, profitability, liquidity,
and firm size on firm value. Capital structure is measured by the debit to equity
ratio (DER), profitability is measured by the Return on Assets Ratio (ROA),
liquidity is measured by the current ratio (CR), and company size is measured by
the natural logarithm of total assets, while company value is measured by price
book value. (PBV). This type of research is quantitative research. The sample in
this study was obtained by purposive sampling method. Based on the purposive
sampling method, 18 industrial sector companies were listed on the Indonesia Stock
Exchange during 2019 – 2022 so that a total of 72 data were obtained. The
analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The
results of this study indicate that liquidity has no effect on firm value, firm size has
a negative effect on firm value, while capital structure and profitability have a
positive effect on firm value.
