Abstract

Program evaluation is a systematic investigative activity about something valuable and valuable from an object. Program evaluation is a process because basically evaluation explicitly refers to the achievement of goals, while implicitly evaluation must compare what has been achieved from the program with what should have been achieved based on the standards that have been set.
The purpose of this study was to determine the evaluation of the moral formation program at SMK Telkom Purwokerto from the aspect of context, process, process and product. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type that uses the CIPP Model as a material for evaluating the program. The main instrument in this study was the researcher himself, with data collection techniques through the interview method. observation, and documentation. The analytical technique used in this research is descriptive analysis through the process of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and data verification.
The results of this study indicate that the akhlaq al-karimah formation program has achieved very good results carried out by school residents at the context stage, at the input stage, at the process stage, and at the outcome stage. products). Overall the program for the formation of akhlaq al-karimah has met the standard criteria, but there are several focuses that need to be improved including, 1) the principal to make a decree for the team implementing character education tasks, 2) teachers to further improve the application of values akhlaq al-karimah in daily activities at school, 3) Students carry out akhlaq al-karimah formation program held at school well and actively participate, 4) Parents give special attention to their children by educating through habituation of behaving and behaving well in everyday life. 5). School stakeholders immediately take anticipatory steps in order to minimize the obstacles in the field during the implementation of the program for the formation of akhlaq al-karimah.
