The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Servant Leadership,
Competence and Supervision on Teacher Performance at SMK Negeri 1 Banyumas.
This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study is the
performance of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Banyumas, totaling 103 people.
Sampling techniqueNon-Probability Sampling using a saturated sample. The
number of samples is 103 respondents. Data analysis used the SPSS version 20
program which was analyzed by validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test,
multiple linear regression analysis test, coefficient of determination test, F-test, ttest.
The results of the analysis show that simultaneously Servant Leadership,
Competence and Supervision affect Teacher Performance. Servant Leadership has
a significant positive effect on Teacher Performance. Competence has a significant
positive effect on teacher performance. Supervision has a significant negative effect
on teacher performance.
