Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload, reward and work motivation on work discipline among Banyumas District Health Office employees. The population in this study were all employees of the Banyumas District Health Office. The sample used in this study was 101 employees using the saturated sample technique. Data analysis uses Partial Least Square (SmartPLS). The results of this study indicate that workload has a significant positive effect on work discipline, reward has a positive and insignificant effect on work discipline, and work motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on work discipline.
