The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the level of
significance and influence of independent board of commissioners, institutional
ownership and working capital efficiency on financial performance. In this study
proxied by Return On Assets (ROA). This study uses a sample of 14 Companies in
Sector E11 Auto Components and E12 Automobiles Listed on the IDX (Indonesia
Stock Exchange) for 4 years, with a total observation of 52 samples, using
purposive sampling method. This study uses secondary data, namely the annual
financial reports of trading companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for
2018-2021 that have been published on the official IDX website. Data testing is
done with descriptive statistics, classical assumption techniques using normality
test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. The
next method is multiple linear regression analysis technique, after that there is a
statistical hypothesis testing method, including the determinant coefficient, F test
and T test. The results of this study indicate that (1) independent board of
commissioners has no effect and is not significant on the company’s financial
performance, (2) institutional ownership has a positive and significant effect on
the company’s financial performance, and (3) working capital efficiency has a
positive and significant effect on the company’s financial performance.
