This study aims to determine the effect of Work Motivation, Leadership
Style, Work Discipline and Organizational Commitment on the performance of
Purbasari Pancuran Mas and Owabong employees. The population in this study
were all Purbasari Pancuran Mas and Owabong employees, totaling 126
employees. The sampling technique in this study used the Non Probability Sampling
method with purposive sampling so that a sample of 126 respondents was obtained.
Data obtained from respondents with instruments using a questionnaire. The
analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study based
on the F test state that work motivation, leadership style, work discipline and
organizational commitment have a significant positive effect on employee
performance. based on the t test produces: (1) work motivation has a positive and
significant effect on employee performance. (2) leadership style has a positive and
significant effect on employee performance. (3) work discipline has a positive and
significant effect on employee performance. (4) organizational commitment has a
positive and significant effect on employee performance.
