Based on the analysis that has been done, the following conclusions are obtained:
1. Leadership has a positive effect on nurse performance. 2. Organizational
culture has a positive effect on nurse performance. 2. Work ethic has a positive
effect on nurse performance. This research also has limitations. With these
limitations, it is hoped that research will be carried out for future research. 1.
Research limits the questionnaire distributed only to employees of the nursing
department, so it is possible that different results will be obtained if more samples
are used. 2. Adjusted R-square values of 48.5% still contain variables that are
very likely to affect the performance of nurses at RSI Banjarnegara, such as
compensation and work environment. Based on this research, it will recommend
the following suggestions: Leadership is good and maintained and left behind, but
instrument question number 1 obtains the lowest results of all questions, it is
necessary to improve decision making by leaders without intervention.
