This research started from asatidz's need for the availability of teaching materials for TPQ students because TPQ al- Anhar still uses textbooks for elementary school and does not yet have a special TPQ textbook. This study aims to describe the procedure for developing teaching materials in the form of textbooks for TPQ.

This type of research uses research and development methods. The research and development procedure used is the ADDIE development model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The ADDIE learning system development model consists of five stages, namely: analysis (analysis), planning (design), development (development), implementation (implementation), and evaluation (evaluation). The subjects in this research field trial were asatidz’s of TPQ al- Anhar Dukuh Bulu, Belik sub-district, Pemalang district. The instruments used of interview questions and a questionnaire. The list of interview questions was used to analyze the condition of the TPQ before and after using the textbook, while the validation questionnaire was used to validate the quality of teaching materials by the validator, and the Asatidz response questionnaire was used to determine the responses and responses of Asatidz to the textbook after being used in the learning process at TPQ.

The results of the research on teaching materials have a very decent quality for use in TPQ learning, based on validation and asatidz in TPQ. This is indicated by the average score of the product from the results of the asatidz response questionnaire which is 83.5% and is included in the "very feasible" category.
