Abstract

Work time productivity is the time it takes to complete a product or job. This
study was intended to determine how much influence work time constraints caused by
human factors and tools have on work productivity. The working time used is normal
working time, actual or effective working time and working time according to the
Ministerial Regulation of PUPR No. 1 of 2022. It is carried out using a descriptive
quantitative method using the inhibiting factors by humans and the inhibiting factors by
tools as exogenous variables and working time productivity in iron work as endogenous
variables. The results of the analysis show that on the first day of work the difference
between actual and normal time productivity is 23.19% with time constraints by human
factors and tools causing a loss of work production of 82.27 kg. When compared with the
PUPR time, the difference is 54.86%, where obstacles caused by human factors and tools
cause a loss of work production of 194.62 kg. On the second day, the difference between
actual and normal work productivity was 31.42% due to time constraints by human factors
and tools causing loss of work production of 75.85 kg. When compared with the PUPR
time, the difference is 48.98%, where obstacles caused by human factors and tools cause
a loss of work production of 118.26 kg. On the third day, the difference between actual
and normal work productivity was 15.43% due to time constraints by human factors and
tools causing loss of work production of 40.55 kg. When compared with the PUPR time,
the difference is 60.40%, where obstacles caused by human factors and tools cause a loss
of work production of 158.68 kg. On the fourth day, the difference between actual and
normal work productivity was 36.11% with the time constraint by the human factor and
tools causing a loss of work production of 58.12 kg. When compared with the PUPR time,
the difference is 45.63%, where obstacles caused by human factors and tools cause a loss
of work production of 73.45 kg. On the last day, the difference between actual and normal
work productivity was 26.95% with time constraints causing a production loss of 56.22
kg. When compared with PUPR time, the difference is 52.17%, the loss of work production
is 108.84 kg.
