This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation, work
environment and job satisfaction on the performance of Banjarnegara District
Health Office employees. This type of research is Quantitative. The population in
this study were employees of the Banyumas District Health Office, totaling 101
employees. The sample in this study was a saturated sampling technique. Data
obtained from distributing questionnaires as much as 101. Data analysis using
multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the test results, the following results
are obtained: (1) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee
performance. (2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee
performance. (3) Work environment has a positive and significant effect on
employee performance. (4) Job satisfaction positive and significant effect on
employee performance.
