This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of work loyalty, work discipline
and teamwork on the work productivity of Sapphire Group employees in
Purwokerto. This research is a quantitative study using a questionnaire of 108
respondents to Sapphire Group employees in Purwokerto. The sampling technique
uses the saturated sample method. Data analysis using multiple linear regression
test and test the coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that
work loyalty, work discipline and teamwork have a positive and significant effect
on work productivity.
