The purpose of this study is to examine the company's financial decisions and
profitability on firm value in manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia
Stock Exchange. This research uses a purposive sampling method in the manufacturing
sector which is listed on the IDX as many as 210 companies for the 2020-2022 period.
Testing the research hypothesis using panel data regression model analysis. The
analysis techniques used in this study were descriptive statistical tests, preliminary
tests (Breusch-Pagan, Chow tests, Hausman tests), diagnostic tests (heteroscedasticity
tests and autocorrelation tests), and hypothesis testing. Preliminary test results
determine the fixed effect regression model used in testing the research hypothesis. The
results of the analysis prove that investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend
policies have no effect on firm value. While profitability has a positive effect on firm
value.
