Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline, work environment, and organizational culture on employee performance. The sample used in this study 110 employees of PT. Kampung Marketerindo Berdaya (Komerce) using accidental sampling. The analysis used is the F test, t test and R2 adjusted. The results of this study based on the F test stated that compensation, work discipline, work environment and organizational culture simultaneously affect employee performance. Based on the t test results obtained; (1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Work discipline is negative and not significant on employee performance. (3) Work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (4) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the R2 adjusted coefficient of determination test, it shows that the influence of compensation, work discipline, work environment, and organizational culture on employee performance is 44.7%, while the remaining 55.3% is influenced by other variables not examined.
