This research aims to measure the performance of the hospital using the balanced
scorecard (BSC) methode at RSUD Panti Nugroho, Purbalingga District. This
research uses a qualitative methode with a case study approach, where the
collected data was optained through interviews and documentation studies. The
purpose of this research is to obtain comprehensive evaluation results of the
performance of RSUD, especially in four perspective: financial perspective, patient
perspective, internal business perspective, and learning and growth
perspective.from an economic perspective, it is categorized as economic with a
value of 87,7%, from the perspective of efficiency, RSUD Panti Nugroho is less
effective with a value 129,9% and in term of efficiency, RSUD Panti Nugroho is
categorized as inefficient with a value of 110%, customer retention, customer
acquisition, and customer satisfaction have increased overall, while BOR is not
good, LOS is categorized as good, TOI is categorized as good, GDR and NDR are
categorized as good. Measurement of growth and learning by calculatinf employee,
retention is classified as less good, retention of training is concluded to be good,
and in terms of employee productivity, RSUD panti nugroho is classified as very
good.
