Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Commitment and Work Environment on the Performance of Production Department Employees at PT Sandy Nazwatex Jaya Pemalang. The sample used in this study were employees in the production section of 200 respondents using the random sampling technique. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study state that Transformational Leadership, Organizational Commitment and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the t test results obtained; (1) Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Organizational Commitment has a positive effect on employee performance. (3) Work environment has no effect on employee performance.
