This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the work environment and work experience on work productivity and to determine whether job satisfaction is able to mediate work environment and work experience on work productivity in employees of PT Mahkota Tri Angjaya Purbalingga. The population in this study were all employees of PT Mahkota Tri Angjaya Purbalingga. The sample used in this study was 120 of 651 employees using the cluster random sampling technique. Statistical tests and data processing were carried out using the Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) method. The results showed that: 1) work environment has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, 2) work environment has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, 3) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, 4) work environment has a significant effect positive and significant on job satisfaction, 5) work experience has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, 6) job satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of the work environment on work productivity, 7) job satisfaction is able to mediate work experience on work productivity. The test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) which show that the effect of the work environment, work experience, job satisfaction on work productivity is 65,7%.
