Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work culture, personality, self-esteem and teamwork on employee performance at PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital. Sampling using purposive sampling method through a questionnaire. The sample used was 85 employees. The analysis technique used in this study uses the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that Work Culture, Personnel, Self Esteem and Team Work simultaneously have a significant effect on the Employee Performance of PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital. Work Culture and caregivers have no effect and are not significant on the Performance of PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital Employees. Self Esteem and Team Work have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital Employees.
