Abstract
The importance of this research is to see the occurrence of updates where there is
environmental uncertainty, especially during the post-pandemic period which is
associated with the influence of variables such as Competence, Motivation,
Knowledge, Work Environment, and Utilization of Information Technology on
Employee Performance at RSUD Brebes so this research will see which variables
are negative and positive effects so that this research can provide input to the
RSUD Brebes to immediately improve these deficiencies. This type of research is
quantitative research with explanatory methods use 271 employes. The results of
this study indicate that Competence, Motivation, Knowledge, Work Environment,
and Utilization of Information Technology positif affect significan the
Performance of RSUD Brebes Employees. In addition, Competence, Motivation,
Knowledge, Work Environment, and Utilization of Information Technology
partially have a significant positive effect on Employee Performance at RSUD
Brebes.
