The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational
leadership style, work discipline, work environment, and organizational
commitment on the performance of study employees at PT. BPR Surya
Yudhakencana Purbalingga. The population in this study are all permanent
employees of PT. BPR Surya Yudhakencana Purbalingga. The sample in this study
used the Non Probability Sampling method with a purposive sampling technique.
With a total of 115 respondents calculated using the slovin formula. The analysis
used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study based on the results of
the t test conclude: (a) Transformational leadership style has no effect on employee
performance (b) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee
performance (c) Work environment has no effect on employee performance (d)
Organizational commitment has a positive effect and significant to employee
performance.
