Abstract
This study aims to prove the influence of the Self Efficacy, Workload, Work Motivation and Organizational Commitment on employee performance. The population used in this study were employees of the Zam-zam Muhammadiyah Putri Modern Islamic Boarding School Employees in Cilongok District, Banyumas Regency The sample used in this study were 95 employees using the slovin formula. Statistical tests and data processing were carried out using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that: 1) Self Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) Work motivation has no effect on employee performance, 4) organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance,
