Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture,
organizational climate and communication on job satisfaction of employees of the
Banyumas District Public Works Office. Sampling using saturated sample method
through a questionnaire. The sample used was 145 employees. The analysis
technique used in this study uses the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences
(SPSS). The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a positive
and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, organizational climate has a
positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and communication
has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Based on the test results of
the adjusted R2 coefficient of determination of 31.4%.
