Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of recruitment, selection, work experience and placement on employee performance. The selection of the sample in this study was carried out by purposive sampling. Respondents who became the sample of this study were 102 employees. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that recruitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Selection has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. While placement has no effect on performance.
