This study aims to determine the effect of celebrity endorsements, online promotions, and e-service quality on scarlett product users who buy through Tokopedia. Selection of this research sample using purposive sampling. The sample of this research is 110 respondents. The research method in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that celebrity endorsement, online promotion, and e-service quality variables simultaneously influence purchasing decisions. For the partial test, the celebrity endorsement variable has a positive and insignificant effect, while online promotions and e-service quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
