The purpose of this reserach was to determine the effect of leadership
style, work discipline and job training on the job performance of PERUMDAM
Tirta Satria Banyumas employees. The sample used in this reserach were all 155
employees of PERUMDAM Tirta Satn·a Banyumas using the incidental sampling
technique. The analysis used is the F test, t test and R2 Adjusted.
The results of this reserach are based on the F test which states that
leadership style, work discipline and job training have a significant effect on job
pelformance. Based on the t test obtained; (a) leade,·ship style has a significant
effect on job performance, (b) work discipline has a significant effect on job
performance, (c) job training has a significant effect on job performance. Based
on the coefficient of determination, adjusted R2 shows the influence of leadership
style, work discipline and job training on work performance by 45.8%, while the
remaining 54.2% is influenced by variables outside the research model.
