Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, work environment, compensation and work discipline on the performance of Moro Purwokerto employees. The population in this study are permanent employees of Moro Purwokerto. The sample used in this study was 110 of 153 employees using a purposive sampling technique. Data obtained from respondents with research instruments using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the simultaneous analysis, it shows that the influence of transformational leadership style, work environment, compensation and work discipline have a simultaneous effect on employee performance, for the partial test, transformational leadership style variables have a significant negative effect on employee performance, work environment variables and compensation have a significant effect on employee performance , the work discipline variable has no significant effect on employee performance. This study shows that the work environment and compensation variables are significant. Meanwhile, the variables of transformational leadership style and work discipline were not significant.
