The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of the variable
organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior, occupational
safety and health on employee performance. This research takes the subject of
employees at PT. Muara Kayu Sengon Jatilawang Banyumas. This type of
research is quantitative research. Sampling in this research using simple random
sampling and the Slovin formula with a totl sample of 200 respondents. Data
analysis technique used were validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test,
multiple linear regression analysis test, qetermination coefficient test, f test and t
test. The results of data analysis show that the variable organizational
commitment, organizational citizenship, partially has a positive and significant
effect on employee performance, organizational citizenship behavior,
occupational safety and health partially has a positive and significant effect on
employee performance. As well as organizational commitment, organizational
citizenship behavior, occupational safety and health simultaneously have a
positive and significant effect on employee performance.
