This study aims to see the effect of work, compensation and organizational
commitment to the performance of the PERUMDAM Tirta Satria Banyumas. The
population of this study were all permanent employees totaling 229 employees.
The sample in this study were 145 employees using incidental sampling
techniques. The analysis used is the F test, t-test and adjusted k.
The results of the study based on the F test state that work discipline,
compensation and organizational commitment have a sign?ficant effect on
employee performance. Based on the t-test obtained; (a) has a significant effect
on employee performance. (b) has a significant effect on employee performance.
(c) organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance.
Based on the adjusted coefficient of determination R2 test shows a very large
effect, compensation and organizational commitment to employee performance by
59.8%, while the remaining 40.2% for variable variables outside the research
model.
