The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of location, tourist
attraction, facilities, service quality on customer satisfaction. The sample selection
in this study used purposive sampling. Based on the criteria, 100 respondents were
obtained as samples. The data analysis techniques used in this research are
instrument test, descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple regression
analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that location,
tourist attraction, facilities, and service quality simultaneously affect customer
satisfaction, partially location and service quality have a significant effect on
customer satisfaction, but tourist attraction and facilities partially have no
significant effect on customer satisfaction.
