The bus stop is an infrastructure facility in the form of a bus arrival waiting
area, bus stop is used to support public transportation services, that is an important
infrastructure to pay attention to. One of the many things that need to be considered
from the bus stop is the level of effectiveness bus stop. The aim of this research was
to determine the effectiveness of the Trans Banyumas Buy The Service Bus Stop.
The method used in this research is descriptive method. The analysis is the
Trans Banyumas BTS stop which is spread over three corridors. Collecting data
used by measuring and questionnaires, to obtain data on criteria for placement of
shelter locations, shelter layouts, and shelter design standards was carried out by
direct observation in the field. Questionnaires are used to obtain user perception
data about the bus stop. Sampling of respondents based on the ease of obtaining
data. Data analysis was carried out on the determinants of the effectiveness of the
bus stops using the scoring method on each variable determining the effectiveness
with the output of a map of the distribution of the bus stop and the percentage of
effectiveness of the Trans Banyumas BTS shelter.
Based on the results of the research, it was found: There are 6 bus stops
with a high level of effectiveness, there are 12 bus stops with a medium level of
effectiveness, and 6 bus stops with a low level of effectiveness. Bus stops with
fulfillment of location placement criteria, high classification of 6 bus stops, medium
classification of 12 bus stops, and low classification of 6 bus stops. Based on the
placement and layout of the bus stops to the traffic area, there are 8 bus stops with
good placement, 9 bus stops with adequate placement, and 7 bus stops with poor
placement. For the standard design of the bus stop regarding the dimensions of the
bus stop protection, the dimensions of the bus bay, and the capacity of the bus stop,
there are 13 bus stops that meet the standards, 7 bus stops are quite standard, and
there are only 2 bus stops that do not meet the standards
