The objective of this study were 1) to find out the profile of PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX Kebun Semugih 2) to find out the production process at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX Kebun Semugih 3) to find out the effect of black tea product quality on consumer buying interest at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX Kebun Semugih. The method used in this study is a quantitative-descriptive approach, namely research that emphasizes its analysis on numerical data (numbers) processed by statistical methods, namely quantitative data collected through measurement. This research was conducted from April to May 2022. The results of this study were the effect of black tea product quality on consumer purchase interest at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX Kebun Semugih, categorized as influential with the acquisition of a total average score of 1037.5. PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX Kebun Semugih has a production process that can maintain the quality of black tea products that will be traded to consumers. The production stages include receiving shoots, withering, milling and wet sorting, fermentation, drying, dry sorting, and storage and packaging. PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX Semugih Gardens, was originally a combination of two garden units that were formerly owned by a Dutchman and the NV Handles Masechapy Kongsi, namely Kebun Semugih and Kebun Pesantren.
