Abstract

This study aims to prove the influence of discipline, emotional intelligence
culture on employee performance. The population of this study were Siti Aminah
Bumiayu Muhammadiyah General Hospital employees. This study used a
quantitative approach and used a sample of 110 employees (respondents) using a
purposive sampling technique. The instrument used in data collection was a
questionnaire with a 5-point Likert measurement scale and the type of data in this
study used primary data collection. The data obtained were processed using
classical assumption testing, hypotheses, and multiple linear regression analysis
using the SPSS analysis tool. The results of this study prove that the F test of
Discipline, Organizational Culture and Emotional Intelligence have a significant
effect on Employee Performance. Based on the t test obtained: 1. Discipline has a
positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2. Organizational culture
has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 3. Emotional
intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based
on the adjusted coefficient of determination R2, it shows the magnitude of the
influence of discipline, organizational culture and emotional intelligence on
employee performance, namely 32.8% while the remaining 67.2% is influenced by
other variables not examined.
