This study aims to determine the effectorganizational citizenship behaviour, self efficacy, competence and school culture on teacher performance at SLTA Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, samplingnonprobability sampling with saturated sampling technique or census sampling, the total sample is 102 respondents. Data analysis using SPSS 21, with descriptive statistical analysis, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, t test, and f test. The results of the study with the simultaneous test (F test) show that there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between variablesorganizational citizenship behaviour, self efficacy, competence and school culture on teacher performance. The results of the study with the partial test (t test) prove thatorganizational citizenship behavior positive and significant effect on teacher performance.self efficacy, competence has no significant positive effect on teacher performance, school culture has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.
